Wendy Hinman is the author of two award winning books and a regular contributor to a  number of publications.

Wendy Hinman’s award winning book, Tightwads on the Loose: A Seven-Year Pacific Odyssey, about her seven year voyage aboard a 31-foot boat with her husband has garnered rave reviews and has consistently been selling well.  It hit the top 100 on Amazon books and has been a best seller and named a “staff favorite” at a number of bookstores. Available in paperback and as an eBook and now available as an audio book. Hinman is also the author of Sea Trials: Around the World With Duct Tape and Bailing Wire, the gripping story of her husband Garth’s voyage around the globe with his family when he was a teenager. It’s been named a Kirkus Best Book.

She writes articles for a variety of publications and writes book reviews for Foreword Reviews Magazine.
